Lead Budtender responsible for managing and assisting with the daily operations of the dispensary, including customer service, sales, and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Manage and train budtender staff
Maintain knowledge of products and strains
Provide excellent customer service
Process transactions and handle cash
Maintain store appearance and organization
Assist with inventory management

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a dispensary or retail environment
OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cannabis products and strains
