Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of budtenders
• Assist with daily dispensary operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to patients and customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Process transactions and handle customer complaints or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a budtender or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and strains
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required
