Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of budtenders to provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Manage inventory, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on cannabis products
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a budtender or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and train a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
