Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Complete necessary cuttings from ordered batches
• Maintain cleanliness and consistency in cutting plants
• Prepare equipment to plug clones into rooting trays
• Maintain protocols for preparing clones
• Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants
• Irrigate plants consistently
• Harvest plants efficiently
• Miscellaneous other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in cannabis preferred but not necessary
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, crouch, stoop, and reach
• Solution-oriented attitude
• Personal accountability
• Ability to focus and be mentally present
• Clear and professional communication
• Adaptability and multitasking
