Lab Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hydrocarbon extraction, distillation, and other lab processes
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab activities
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Experience in a laboratory or production environment, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Basic understanding of cannabis extraction principles and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with strict adherence to safety protocols
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork mentality
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) a bonus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging
