Job Description

The Kitchen Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all products are produced efficiently and safely. This role will lead a team of kitchen staff, provide training and guidance, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and packaging
Lead and train a team of kitchen staff

Implement and maintain safety and quality control protocols
Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a kitchen or food production environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required
