Job Description

Key Holder role at a medical cannabis dispensary, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently
Delivers great customer experiences in any environment
Conducts daily inventory, receives deliveries, and locks or unlocks the dispensary
Activates or deactivates alarms as applicable
Conducts batch inventory count and distributes cash drawers
Assesses customer health conditions and needs, and provides product recommendations
Escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor
Maintains a clean and organized dispensary
Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of sales experience and 2 years of previous experience with customer service
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
