Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently
• Delivers great customer experiences and matches customer needs with the right products
• Conducts daily inventory, receives deliveries, and locks or unlocks the dispensary
• Activates or deactivates alarms as applicable
• Conducts batch inventory count and distributes cash drawers
• Assesses customer health conditions and needs, and escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintains a clean and organized dispensary and contributes to a positive work environment

Requirements

• 2 years of previous customer service experience desired
• 2 years of sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• One+ years sales experience, Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
