Job Description

As a Key Holder, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing solutions and knowledge for patients to safely use products.

Key Responsibilities

Completes opening and closing responsibilities
Delivers great customer experiences
Conducts daily inventory and receives deliveries
Maintains a clean and organized dispensary
Records customer interactions and follows up on issues
Maintains knowledge of products and benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

2 years of customer service experience
2 years of sales experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
