Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently
• Delivers great customer experiences in any environment
• Conducts daily inventory, receives deliveries, and locks or unlocks the dispensary
• Activates or deactivates alarms as applicable
• Conducts batch inventory count and distributes cash drawers
• Assesses customer health conditions and needs, and provides solutions
• Escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Records customer interactions and follows up on issues
• Maintains a clean and organized dispensary
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience as a Fluent Curator
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and pass a drug screening
