Job Description

The Key Holder is the first point of contact for customers, creating energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing solutions and knowledge for patients to safely use products.

Key Responsibilities

Completes opening and closing responsibilities
Delivers great customer experiences
Conducts daily inventory and receives deliveries
Activates or deactivates alarms
Conducts batch inventory count
Distributes and assigns cash drawers
Assesses customer health conditions and needs
Escalates unresolved issues to supervisors
Records customer interactions and actions taken
Maintains a clean and organized dispensary

Requirements

2 years of customer service experience
2 years of sales experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
Experience as a Fluent Curator
Multitasking ability
Organization and initiative
Good communication skills
Proactive and problem-solving attitude
Ability to build good relationships
At least 21 years of age
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
