Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Key Account Manager to strategically cultivate and scale national partnerships. This role will be responsible for maintaining positive business relationships and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs across markets. The Key Account Manager will serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with regional wholesale and commercial strategy teams to design and implement initiatives that drive profitability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-level, multi-threaded relationships within assigned accounts
  • Proactively identify, engage, and scale prospective key accounts
  • Conduct analyses of client sales data to propose high-performing product assortments and targeted promotional programming
  • Design and execute growth plans, connecting account-level revenue and margin targets to company goals
  • Create and deliver quarterly business reviews that demonstrate ROI, track health metrics, and highlight future opportunities
  • Orchestrate collaboration within commercial strategy, marketing, and regional wholesale teams to align national account strategy with market objectives
  • Serve as an industry expert by monitoring competitive activity, emerging trends, and evolving consumer preferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years proven sales experience; cannabis or alcohol sales preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and own transportation
  • Must be based in Chicago with the ability to travel nationally
  • High level of integrity, self-starting, good time management, and sense of urgency
  • Highly motivated and performance driven with strong organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Proficiency with MS Office in a windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
