Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with plant maintenance and cultivation tasks
• Monitor and scout plant population for problems
• Identify and execute preventative maintenance and elimination of pests and pathogens
• Maintain equipment and documentation
• Document IPM products and employ beneficial bugs
• Perform mixture of pesticides and cleaning agents
• Adhere to scheduling of applications
• Maintain sanitation standards
• Comply with company operations, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and cultivation
• Understanding of pest management and control
• Ability to follow detailed plans and timelines
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
• OSHA and pesticide credentials required
• Respirator fit test with a certified physician required
