Inventory Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare and process shipments to dispensaries or external partners
• Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on stock levels
• Ensure that stock is stored and pulled correctly in accordance with Fine Fettle's FIFO program
• Support the development and implementation of all inventory management systems
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Requirements

• Be 21 or older, a US Citizen, and willing to relocate to Connecticut
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related role
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve inventory issues quickly
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move inventory items as needed
• Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions
