Job Description

The Inventory Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of materials and products, managing all aspects of inventory control, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the inventory team
Plan and prioritize daily activities
Communicate inventory needs and changes to the Management Team
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Conduct audits to verify compliance with inventory processes
Manage inventory of supplies, raw materials, by-products, and PPE

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 21 years old
