Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to all core departments
• Assist the General Manager with strategies and tasks related to facilities, accounting, sales, marketing, and public relations
• Oversee overall building appearance, cleanliness, comfort, functionality, safety, security, and customer experience
• Ensure dispensary compliance and team members' adherence to all laws and regulations concerning medical cannabis

Requirements

• Leadership and coaching experience
