Job Description

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of The Landing Dispensary in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update retail sales inventory software daily
Adhere to all Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) Program regulations
Maintain a strong knowledge and comprehension of METRC and other dispensary programs
Provide product trainings and patient engagement to increase retail sales
Contribute to dispensary brand awareness and create a dominant presence
Create positive customer-focused relationships with patients and staff

Requirements

Knowledgeable about cannabis
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well with colleagues
Strong understanding of inventory management and retail sales principles
Familiarity with METRC and other dispensary software programs
Ability to adhere to all Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) Program regulations
