Inventory Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update retail sales inventory software daily
• Adhere to all Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) Program regulations
• Maintain a strong knowledge and comprehension of METRC and other dispensary programs
• Provide product trainings and patient engagement to increase retail sales
• Contribute to dispensary brand awareness and create a dominant presence
• Create positive customer-focused relationships with patients and staff

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about cannabis
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well with colleagues
• Strong understanding of inventory management and retail sales principles
• Familiarity with METRC and other dispensary software programs
• Ability to adhere to all Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) Program regulations
