Job Description

Oversee and manage all dispensary inventory activities, including product intake, reconciliation, storage, vault organization, and sales floor replenishment, while ensuring compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dispensary inventory activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations
  • Process product manifests, transfers, and returns
  • Monitor expiration dates and manage aging inventory
  • Supervise Inventory Coordinators
  • Communicate with team members and vendors
  • Analyze inventory reports to support sales trends
  • Collaborate with dispensary leadership and sales teams

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management and compliance
  • Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze inventory reports and identify trends
  • Experience with seed-to-sale systems and POS systems
