Inventory Manager (SII)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage dispensary inventory activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
• Process product manifests and transfers
• Monitor expiration dates and manage aging inventory
• Supervise Inventory Coordinators
• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing teams
• Review and maintain product testing results and compliance documentation

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management and compliance
• Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with seed-to-sale systems and POS systems
