Job Description

The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant inventory management, ensuring adherence to state and local regulations, and overseeing product intake, storage, and disposal.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting of cannabis inventory and ancillary products
Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations
Conduct daily reconciliation of dispensary cannabis inventories
Oversee product intake and inventory audits
Manage returns and quarantined products
Coordinate with vendors and dispensary management
Support sales and operational tasks

Requirements

Experience in inventory management and compliance
Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in seed-to-sale tracking systems
