Inventory Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using inventory management software
• Oversee the processing and storage of incoming inventory
• Tag and label inventory and update system records
• Assist with daily inventory counts and reconciliations
• Train staff on proper inventory handling and compliance
• Support the Inventory Manager with data entry and record-keeping
• Supervise Inventory Associates and delegate tasks
• Conduct weekly audits and report any variances

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
• 2+ years of previous inventory experience
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have no scheduling restrictions
