Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Hammonton, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inventory inspections, maintaining METRC and Biotrack logs, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, working from 7AM to 3:30PM.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Biotrack logs
Communicates with cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC
Performs physical count of each flower room and Mother Room
Updates whiteboards with strain counts
Audits plant rooms through Biotrack/Metric Systems on a monthly basis
Accurately completes documentation and enters data to ensure compliance
Investigates and participates in correction activities as directed
Collects daily waste from cultivation team and ensures proper disposal
Assists grow team during harvests and uses METRC to upload new plants to rooms
Trains and educates on data collection and auditing systems and procedures

Requirements

1+ years of data management and auditing experience
Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or data warehouse
Advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from and to multiple diverse data sources and software programs
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively
