Inventory Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and verifying incoming products
• Tag and label inventory and update system records
• Perform daily counts and update inventory tracking systems
• Ensure product storage is organized and compliant with regulations
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas
• Participate in weekly inventory audits
• Report any product issues or discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor
• Support inventory control measures to prevent loss
• Engage in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance
• Assist in the rotation of stock adhering to the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method
• Participate in Monthly overnight audits

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
• Previous inventory experience, ideally in a retail setting
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have no scheduling restrictions
