Job Description

Greenleaf Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, is seeking an Inventory and Fulfillment Technician to provide daily tracking and inventory of materials and products in compliance with state rules and regulations. The successful candidate will possess a passion for numbers and organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to continually learn more about the processes of a cultivation production facility. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of all plant material, cannabinoids, and medicinal marijuana products
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts in accordance with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program rules and regulations
Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility
Assist the Inventory Manager with developing systems, procedures, and methods to ensure compliance with METRC
Discover and report any discrepancies to the Inventory Manager

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control or related field
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs
Excellent time-management skills
Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, and measurements
