Inside Sales Representative - California

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ accounts and a sales route across multiple states
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to develop assigned territory and increase sales revenue
• Proactively manage and respond to customer requests via email, text, and phone
• Team with Supplier Brands to build strategies and achieve quarterly KPIs
• Manage e-comm orders and become an in-house expert with the company's ERP
• Generate and develop a sales pipeline and source new opportunities through outbound prospecting strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in cannabis and/or wine & spirits
• Experience in managing a territory/portfolio of up to 150 accounts
• Call center experience ideal
• Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many tasks at once
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in using Google Suite
• ERP experience is a plus
• Proven experience handling high volume incoming sales calls, emails, and text messages
