Infusion Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches, and manages disciplinary action for direct reports
• Ensures direct reports and production team adhere to the production schedule and meets minimum assigned quotas
• Ensures that the team is following all sanitation and safety protocols
• Gathers, maintains and reports on the production process of infused goods
• Communicates production issues or delays to site leadership
• Conducts routine, daily quality checks of produced product
• Maintains and audits all physical and digital records for the processing/infusion department
• Completes infusions of multiple SKUs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years old per state law
• HS Diploma or GED
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail
• Respiratory Fit Test Completion of a two-part evaluation for respiratory clearance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Must be physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods or entire shifts
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
