Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and support the IT infrastructure environment throughout the company
• Focus on Azure and Office 365 suite
• Administrate and provide Level 1 and 2 support for incidents
• Identify and resolve network issues
• Develop standard operating procedures
• Participate in upgrade projects and installation activities for new hardware and software components
• Interact professionally with all professional contacts
• Work productively in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to obstacles, constraints, adversity, and mistakes

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card/Valid Driver's License
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance software and job-specific information technology
• Ability to understand and complete all given directives in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate clearly whether verbally or in writing
• Frequent travel between company sites to repair, maintain, and manage change for local systems
• Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Capacity to work autonomously to achieve daily directives and department goals
