Implementation Specialist - Pre-Roll

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on pre-roll manufacturing processes and equipment
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pre-roll production technologies and best practices
• Address and resolve technical issues, equipment malfunctions, and unexpected challenges in pre-roll production
• Continuously assess and improve processing methods and operations for efficiency improvements, cost effectiveness, and product quality
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on product Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operations
• Assist with developing and maintaining all Corporate pre-roll SOPs, work aids, TAMU’s, OPLs

Requirements

• Associate’s in Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline preferred
• Experience with pre-roll product development and pre-roll development expertise
• Experience in innovating and commercializing pre-roll products within the cannabis or hemp spaces
• Ability to plan, design experiments, and solve problems
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of laboratory and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) best practices
• Advanced math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals
