HVAC Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with and assist the maintenance team with preventive maintenance and repairs
• Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems
• Document start and completion of assigned tasks using Monday.com tracker
• Maintain HVAC systems and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Conduct daily visual inspections inside and outside of the facility
• Perform basic plumbing repairs
• Inspect, repair, and replace or install equipment/machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report damages, defects, and other issues to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements

• Tech school/trade school trained or graduate
• HVAC Certification
• Refrigerant recovery experience (preferred)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong mechanical background
• Experience with RTUs - Packaged Roof Tops (preferred)
• Desire to learn new skills in maintenance
• High level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
