Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with management and employees
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and guidelines
• Create strategies to conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and management teams to develop workforce planning
• Manage new employee onboarding and offboarding
• Liaise with payroll and benefits team to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and leave requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 7+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist
• Proven experience in both established and emerging organizations
• Strong business acumen with a preference for experience in retail, manufacturing, or production environments
• Ability to effectively collaborate with remote management teams and employees
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and self-directed leadership style
• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations of confidential matter
