Job Description

Kolaboration Ventures Corporation is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to perform HR-related duties, with emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and auditing employee data for compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new employees
Maintain and post jobs using ATS
Review applications and conduct initial phone screens
Coordinate with hiring managers and facilitate interviewing process
Maintain HRIS records and assist with benefits administration
Carry out administrative tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of HR Coordinator experience preferred
Proficient in Google Suite and pdf document creation/editing
HRIS and employee personnel file management
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Must be 21 years of age
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
Available to work Monday through Friday
