Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee data and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with state and federal record keeping requirements
• Provide recruitment support to management teams
• Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork completion and cultural orientation
• Prepare, maintain, and organize essential HR documentation
• Generate HR reports and ensure accuracy of HR data
• Support compliance management and adherence to employment regulations
• Assist with employee concerns, conflict resolution, and positive employee relations
• Facilitation and delivery of employee training initiatives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to leaders on HR best practices and employee relations
• Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions in compliance with company policy and applicable law
• Build strong working relationships across the organization
• Advise leadership on performance management, recognition, and employment law considerations

• Proficiency in Windows-based software and standard office equipment

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently to company locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, and Mesquite, Nevada
