Harvest Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process, including harvesting plants, sanitizing flower rooms, reloading flower rooms, and handling materials and cannabis waste
• Properly dry wet cannabis plants
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
• Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties
• Be aware of hazards in the workspace and report safety incidents/concerns
• Maintain and calibrate tools, equipment, and machinery as directed by a lead or supervisor
• Perform record keeping accurately and completely as directed by a lead or supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; degree or certifications preferred
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must possess valid state ID
• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements in order to work in the cannabis industry (requires background check and state review)
