Harvest Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process, including harvesting plants, sanitizing flower rooms, and handling materials and cannabis waste
• Properly dry wet cannabis plants
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
• Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties
• Maintain and calibrate tools, equipment, and machinery as directed
• Report and escalate safety and quality concerns

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; degree or certifications preferred
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must possess valid state ID
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state badging requirements
