Job Description

High Life Farms, a subsidiary of Common Citizen, is seeking a Harvest Team Member to join their Cultivation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the company's mission of serving Michigan residents with high-quality, safe cannabis products. The role involves cultivation-related work, including following Standard Work procedures, tracking activities using state track and trace software, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent, and experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry.

Key Responsibilities

Follow Standard Work procedures for all cultivation activities
Use state track and trace software to track activities and work performed
Maintain sanitation of equipment and production areas
Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk
Monitor for quality control checks
Collaborate with other Cultivation Citizens in daily tasks
Identify plant diseases, insects, and nutrient deficiencies
Perform pre-harvest and harvest-related tasks

Requirements

Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry
Computer proficiency
Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software (plus)
Accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail
Ability to follow company policies and contribute to production targets
