Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Harvest Agent to join their team in Marshall, MI. The Harvest Agent will be responsible for harvesting and processing Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to hygienic and sanitation policies.

Key Responsibilities

Harvest and process Cresco Labs' product
Pluck leaves before harvest
Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize flower qualities and standards
Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower
Buck, weigh, bag/tag/label product for ID
Perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
Maintain accurate records of product harvested and processed

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to adhere to hygienic and sanitation policies
