Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and respect for individuals
• Communicate effectively with the Marketing team to meet deadlines and create content
• Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals
• Work on multiple projects at once and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Perform all graphic design job orders according to needs of our stores and wholesale teams
• Create print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suites
• Use Canva and shared template systems to support fast-turn retail/wholesale needs while maintaining brand standards
• Leverage approved AI-assisted tools to accelerate production tasks
• Operate printers, scanners, and other computer hardware used in the design and production process
• Provide proofs and see that proof deadlines are met

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Two (2) years of Graphic Design experience
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Suite programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
