Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and safe distribution process
• Manage stored cannabis and ensure adequate daily operations supply
• Motivate team members and solve problems effectively
• Handle cash and debit transactions accurately
• Review store sales goals and KPIs regularly
• Train and develop budtenders, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
• 3+ years of retail management experience in the cannabis industry
• Verifiable product knowledge of cannabis products
• Strong point of sale and industry compliance tools knowledge
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Background check required
• Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport required
• Reliable transportation required
• No scheduling restrictions
