Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dispensary managers to deliver top-line sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable sales growth
• Oversee the financial success of the store and have full P&L responsibility
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of top talent
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures
• Protect company assets and minimize loss
• Support continuous improvement by implementing company programs

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree in business or operations management preferred
• 5+ years of managerial experience in a retail-based industry
• 1+ year of PharmaCann management experience or 2+ years of dispensary management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to identify top talent and train/develop/retain great people
