Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all locations are operating to maximize financial performance and delivering on financial budgets
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and achieve KPIs
• Build and maintain a strong store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training associates
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to store managers and staff to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store performance
• Deliver and execute plans that enable store teams to focus on creating engagement and loyalty in each community
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, innovate solutions, and navigate challenges
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure adherence to state regulations

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card and jurisdictional work cards as required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 Certified
• Experience in owning or managing a business, with a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of business ownership
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and forward-thinking environment
• Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry
