Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations
• Ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs and promotions
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
• Coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver memorable customer experiences
• Build and retain a high-performing team through effective onboarding, training, and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting
• Inventory control experience is required
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID
