Job Description

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager at RISE Dispensary to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team in driving results and delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. The General Manager will oversee all dispensary activities related to the customer journey, inventory operations, safety and compliance, and team member experience. This role requires a strong leader who can drive results, adapt to change, and prioritize building diverse teams with a variety of experiences, perspectives, backgrounds, and skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations
Ensure the dispensary is compliant with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions
Coach Leaders and Team Members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences
Build and retain a high-performing team through selecting the best talent and effective onboarding, training, and development
Inspire a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting
Cannabis experience preferred
Inventory control experience is required
Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID
