Job Description

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team at RISE Dispensary in Bonita Springs, Florida. The General Manager will be responsible for driving results, adapting to change, and leveraging data to optimize outcomes. They will also focus on customer focus, collaboration, and developing talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations
Ensure the dispensary is compliant with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions
Coach Leaders and Team Members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences
Build and retain a high-performing team through selecting the best talent and effective onboarding, training, and development
Inspire a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting
Inventory control experience is required
Meet the scheduling and availability requirements
Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass any and all required background checks
