Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary operations and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Analyze and measure sales trends, develop plans to maximize sales
• Train, supervise, and evaluate employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient care
• Maintain accurate records and inventory management
• Partner with Human Resources and other departments to achieve goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail operations
• 3+ years of management experience
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
