Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure store operations run smoothly and achieve highest level store goals
• Oversee development and maintenance of employee schedules and workflow
• Manage team leads across the dispensary
• Foster a strong culture and sustain high team morale
• Evaluate KPIs and store data to identify areas of improvement
• Recruit and train store employees
• Coach and delegate work to employees
• Ensure store compliance with legal and regulatory cannabis requirements

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing retail facilities
• Experience leading and managing diverse customer-facing teams
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, marketing, management, and economics
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to manage teams effectively and give and receive feedback
• Self-motivated leadership and creative problem-solving skills
