Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant maintenance activities
• Direct team members in removal of dead or excess plant material
• Monitor plans for signs of stress, disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies
• Ensure propagation procedures are followed
• Coordinate labeling, tracking, and monitoring of clones
• Guide staff through harvest preparation and execution
• Maintain organized and sanitary cultivation areas
• Oversee proper disposal and documentation of plant waste
• Communicate plant quality concerns, workflow issues, and operational needs to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Cannabis cultivation knowledge required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
