Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pruning, defoliation, and canopy shaping
• Remove dead or excess plant material
• Identify and address signs of stress, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
• Prepare and take plant cuttings
• Assist with harvesting activities
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures

Requirements

• Cannabis cultivation knowledge
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift packages/boxes under 50 pounds
• Ability to work in warm, humid grow rooms for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
