Full-Time Floor Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Revolution’s core values: Community, Accountability, Revolutionary, Excellence (CARE)
• Supervise dispensary operations
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service
• Intake customers and capture mandatory documents based on state regulatory requirements
• Conduct one-on-one customer consultations
• Electronically file and organize documents
• Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments as necessary, and support all other administrative functions
• Accurately utilize point-of-sale system
• Accurately perform daily audits
• Adhere to standardized operational procedures including safety & security protocols
• Continually develop and maintain in-depth cannabis product knowledge
• Ensure understanding of the local Cannabis Program and Federal Laws regarding cannabis
• Comply with all security and legal requirements
• Ensure a well-maintained and welcoming dispensary environment
• Supervisory cash management handling skills/abilities
• Key holder opening/closing duties
• Prepare for state inspections
• Lead customer opportunities such as conflict resolution
• Arrive as a team player ready to take on any duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to standardized operational procedures and safety & security protocols
• Ability to continually develop and maintain in-depth cannabis product knowledge
• Understanding of the local Cannabis Program and Federal Laws regarding cannabis
