Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, memorable, personal customer experience to all visitors
• Build rapport with customers by identifying their specific needs and preferences with respect to cannabis products
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to share features, benefits, and care instructions with customers
• Ensure customers know about any specials, promotions, reward programs, etc.
• Accurately complete all Point of Sale (POS) transactions
• Follow all cash-handling and inventory control procedures
• Restock products, notify Management of any products that need restocking, cleaning, organizing, facing shelves and displays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in a retail, customer service and/or hospitality
• Must be 21 years of age
• Open availability, including shifts on weekends and weekday mornings
• Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check
• Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location assignments
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
