Job Description

Full-time Budtender to provide inviting and positive experiences for all customers, and make specific product recommendations based on the customers’ needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, memorable, personal customer experience
Build rapport with customers and make helpful recommendations
Develop and maintain product knowledge
Complete Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately
Follow cash-handling and inventory control procedures
Restock products, clean, organize, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in retail, customer service, and/or hospitality
21 years of age
Background check required
Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
Open availability including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
